Our Promise

We're so confident that you'll have fun playing our urban games, that if you don't, we'll give you your money back...all of it!  

So how does this work?

  1. Buy tickets for any of our games in any of our US cities. This includes our private events.
  2. Activate your phone(s) and play.  
  3. If you don't have fun, email customerservice@strayboots.com explaining why.
  4. No matter the reason, we'll refund your money then and there, and you'll receive an email receipt within 24 hours. 
PLEASE NOTE: If you bought your ticket through another company (e.g. a daily deal site), we will have to process a refund through that company, and will be subject to their refund policy. We will do everything in our power to get you a refund, and are happy to credit you for additional tickets if we are unable to get you a refund.
